A journal, not medical advice

The reason we built ODNENDO

You know your experience.
Remembering every detail should not be the hard part.

Symptoms are nuanced.

A number cannot always capture where pain moved, how long it lasted, or what finally eased it.

Appointments are short.

Weeks of lived experience can be difficult to explain from memory in one conversation.

Patterns take time.

A consistent record can make changes across days, cycles and interventions easier to review.

ODNENDO is a journal. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice.

How it works

From a moment you feel
to a picture you can use.

01

Notice.

Speak or type what happened, where you felt it, how long it lasted, and what made it better or worse.

02

See.

Review symptoms, cycle context, interventions and trends across the days and weeks you have recorded.

03

Share.

Create a clear report with your entries and patterns, ready to save as a PDF for an appointment.

Your story, in your words

“Nagging pain in my right lower abdomen for about 30 minutes. It eased after a shower.”
Abdominal pain30 minutesEased after shower

Keep the sentence. ODNENDO helps organise its detail so you can look back without losing your own words.

Built around real life

A journal that keeps
more than a score.

Voice and text journal

Keep the detail while it is fresh.

A brief voice note can hold the nuance a score alone cannot: location, duration, intensity, context and what helped.

Your timeline

A record that remembers for you.

See your own entries alongside symptom summaries and graphs, so isolated moments become an organised history.

Cycle context

More than a period tracker.

Record cycle dates and view them alongside symptoms. On iOS, you can also choose to import previously recorded cycle dates from Apple Health.

Questions, answered

Before you begin.

Does ODNENDO diagnose endometriosis?+

No. ODNENDO is a journal and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. It helps you keep an organised record to discuss with a qualified clinician.

How is this different from a period tracker?+

Cycle tracking is one part of ODNENDO. The focus is the detail of your symptoms, their context, changes over time, and a record you can bring to an appointment.

Can I speak instead of typing?+

Yes. You can record a voice entry and review the transcript before it becomes part of your journal.

Can I share my journal with a doctor?+

You can create a report from the information you have logged and save or print it as a PDF for an appointment.

Who can see my entries?+

Your journal is private to your account. ODNENDO does not publish your entries or sell your personal data.

Does ODNENDO use AI?+

With your explicit consent, third-party AI services help turn journal text and audio transcripts into structured symptom information. The onboarding flow explains this before processing begins.

Can I export or delete my data?+

Yes. Account settings let you export your data or permanently delete your account and associated records.

How much does ODNENDO cost?+

ODNENDO starts with a 7-day free trial. After that it is £39.99 a year or £5.99 a month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled: cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends and you will not be charged. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Which devices can I use?+

ODNENDO is available on iOS, and soon on Android. Apple Health cycle import is available in the iOS app.
