These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OdnEndO (“the app”), operated by The OG Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and must provide an accurate year of birth at signup. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
OdnEndO is a self-report journaling tool. It helps you document how you feel, in your own words, and turns that into a timeline and a summary you can choose to share with a clinician.
OdnEndO is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not diagnose endometriosis or any other condition, does not estimate the probability of any disease, and does not tell you what caused a symptom. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care. If you are experiencing severe or urgent symptoms, contact emergency services or seek appropriate medical care immediately — do not rely on this app.
Any pattern, score, or chart shown in the app (including the estimated impact on daily life, symptom trend charts, and the clinical summary report) is a mechanical summary of what you personally recorded — it is not a clinical measurement and has not been validated as one.
You own the content you enter into your journal. You grant us a limited license to process it (including sending it to our sub-processors, described in the Privacy Policy) solely to provide the app's functionality to you. We do not use your journal content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
You can view your original entries, export your data, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to that provider's own terms. The app also relies on Supabase and OpenAI to operate, as described in the Privacy Policy — your use of the app is subject to those providers functioning as intended, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any decision made, or action taken or not taken, in reliance on the app — including any medical, treatment, or lifestyle decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence (including, where applicable, mandatory consumer-protection rights in the UK, EU, Australia, or United States), or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to the non-waivable local rights described above for users located elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
